Join The Parks Alliance, Frank's Paddlesports Livery, Guggman Haus Brewery, Becker Supply Co, and Indy Greenways Partnership for an Earth Day event to help clean up litter on the White River Trail, Riverside Adventure Park, and along the White River. On Thursday, April 20 registered participants will pick up litter along the White River Trail, inside Riverside Adventure Park, and along an access road connecting the Major Taylor Velodrome with White River Parkway. This will be an interactive event that includes walking, bending over when needed, and carrying trash to designated areas for pick-up by our friends at DPW. Gloves, trash bags, and pickers will be provided for volunteers to use for the designated time. This event will take place outside, at The Parks Alliance's newly relocated office along the White River. Water and light snacks will be provided but we ask that all participants bring their own refillable water bottles. Participants will also get the chance to learn about a new and exciting upcoming onsite water activation, and meet Frank's Paddlesports Livery! After the cleanup, all attendees are invited to Guggman Haus Brewery for a giveback night to support the Blueways Fund which is creating equitable access to the White River.
